Albert Martinez has an extensive leadership background in the management of hazardous waste and civil engineering. He excelled as an environmental engineering major at Oklahoma State University in Stillwater, OK. He applies skills obtained in OK in his present position with the city of Greeley, Colorado, as a managing construction inspector.
